I get what it feels like to be utterly fed up of trying to live up to unrealistic societal ideals of women’s bodies. Another year, another diet, another summer spent worrying about donning a swimsuit…
And I don’t want that for you anymore.
The most fundamental step in changing how you feel about your body is to switch the focus away from your body shape, and put it toward your body health - and mental health in the process.
As a passionate advocate for women, a lover & student of psychology, and a firm believer in holistic health, my coaching incorporates mindset work with holistic health practices to create long term, sustainable change.
Uncover & challenge limiting beliefs, debunk myths, create your new health environment (for mind & body) and step into the new you.
These supportive & informative group programs run for 6 weeks, guiding you through the science and power of mindset shifts, self-love & holistic wellness.
Over the course of the year I host a number of workshops and retreats, both in person and online, coving Confidence Mindset, Body Image & Holistic Health.
